7. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at info@euvapes.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened vaping products cannot be returned.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Defects & Warranty
We guarantee that products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
Where a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification or normal wear and tear.
Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SILEVO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
